What’s Super Green but Normal? Wayne Jeansonne, President of Solluna Builders tells us on Shades of Green Energy Radio

Wayne Jeansonne, President, Solluna Builders will be on Shades of Green Energy Radio this Thursday at 1:00 p.m. to talk about green building and the house he built that will be one of 16 houses included in the 2011 Cool House Tour coming up June 5th. The house he built in Round Rock is the first Austin Energy Green Building rated home there. The owner of the home built by Solluna Builders blogged that their December electric bill was only $3.54 …. And it gets better since February’s bill was only $2.94! Mother Earth News ran a story on the home describing the house as a “Super Green But Normal Suburban Home in Texas.” Jeansonne is a member of the Austin Energy Green Building Program, Solluna Builders has completed three homes that have achieved their highest green rating – 5-Stars. Wayne is a Certified Green Professional, a Graduate Master Builder, a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders.
