04 Feb Participate in shaping Austin’s Future via the Comprehensive Plan
The Comprehensive Plan provides broad-level guidance on how Austin will grow and develop into the future and contains "the council’s policies for growth, development and beautification of the land within the corporate limits and the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city."
The deadlines for getting a Meeting-in-a-Box and completing the Imagine Austin survey have been extended. The last date to pick up a box is February 19. The deadline to return completed Boxes or fill out the online survey is March 1. http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/compplan/compnews.cfm?nwsid=1764
