The Journey of Environmental Stewardship — pt. 1 (this Sunday)

This Sunday, 4/11/2010, I’ll present part one of The Journey of Environmental Stewardship series at historic First Baptist Church (founded 1847, downtown Austin). Session 1 will cover the following areas: Biblical Basis for Environmental Stewardship, Emerging Theology of Creation Care, Overview of Today’s Environmental Problems & Solutions, Focus on Solution 1: Efficient Use of Natural Resources.

The Journey of Environmental Stewardship is an educational program that helps Christian believers see the Biblical basis for Creation care, and connect those principles to eco-living actions.

Each class is discussion-based, and about 60 minutes in length. Classes are twice daily, from 9:30 to 10:45am, and 2:00 to 3:00pm (repeat). Adults and teens are invited to attend as many sessions as they can, and to bring questions. More details below.
