Free Yoga Classes and Tasty Cooking Demos at Austin Green Living Expo

Come Celebrate Earth Day with us!  This year’s Austin Green Living Expo on April 23-25 at the Austin Convention Center is an event NOT TO MISS!  There are so many fun and exciting aspects about this year’s show … there’s literally something for everyone!

Are you a Foodie?  Do you have a strong appreciation for food?  Come enjoy the Organic, Vegan, Raw, Vegetarian, and Seasonal Cooking Demos by 15 different restaurants, chefs and food producers at the Cooking Stage presented by Edible Austin.  Participating Restaurants and Chefs include: Terry Thompson-Anderson and Cookwell & Co, Cool Mint Cafe, Somnio’s Cafe, Kerbey Lane Cafe, Z Tejas, as well as Natural Epicurean Culinary Academy, Central Market Cooking School, Cooking by Design Culinary Studio, and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts.  Visit our website for times and information on "What’s Cooking"!

Also new this year, there will be FREE Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Fitness Classes held in a workshop room just outside the entrance to the Expo Hall Entrance (Exhibit Hall 2 Entrance).  In fact … it’s so free — that you can attend without even purchasing a ticket to the Expo (but I’m sure you’ll want to come on in once you’re there!)  Hosting these Free Fitness Classes are Yoga Yoga, Castle Hill Fitness, Seva Yoga Collective, Cornerstone Fitness and Mindful Body Center.  Visit our website for times and information the fitness classes.
