Join Ana Pilar for a dynamic Viniyoga Flow class that will include a combination of static poses, dynamic movement, and chanting with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength. Viniyoga is an adaptable style of yoga that is suitable for all levels with a goal to cultivate a deeper connection with your body and mind, and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
