What’s a BioBlitz?
A BioBlitz brings together experts and community members to create a comprehensive list of an area’s existing biodiversity. During the event, participants will observe and report as many species as possible in a specific geolocation using the iNaturalist app.
The data collected at the Holly Shores BioBlitz helps guide The Trail Conservancy’s restoration projects in the area, ensuring that existing biodiversity is protected and that future restoration work enhances it.
