Tuesday, May 27 – Presence & Gratitude Yin and Sound

Join Gioconda along with some amazing members of our Austin Teaching Community for an hour of Yin and Sound. Yin yoga gives you space and time to settle into some deep work on your connective tissues. This session will also include guided breathing and visualization while you are in the practice. Our sound healers will be creating an incredible sound-scape to support your experience in this beautiful outdoor offering and we will have assistants to help you find the best versions of each shape for your body. We look forward to sharing this evening with you.
