Monday, April 14 – Flexibility & Mobility

Flexibility + mobility is a fun, judgment-free class, suitable for all levels. In this special outdoor class we will work on different muscle groups and joints using Functional movements, CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations), Kinstretch techniques as well as Myofascial release to improve range of motion and flexibility. Increased flexibility can reduce injury risk, improve joint movement, stretch muscles, and boost balance and health!
