Get warmed up for the November election — Paws to the Polls: The Great Austin Pet Election is coming to a neighborhood near you!
Featuring a rowdy candidate debate/stump speeches, voting on the Travis County Clerk’s Office actual voting machines, a mock Voters Guide, popcorn, Kona Ice snow cones, kids’ activities, face painting, voter registration and information, and an opportunity to take a pic with your candidate’s cut-out.
This event is brought to you by the League of Women Voters of the Austin Area and the Travis County Clerk’s Office. Starting in Pflugerville on June 13 and running through the summer in 8 locations around Austin and Travis County. Keep an eye on lwvaustin.org/PAWS for a venue near you!
