If you have always wanted to try Pilates, but something is holding you back, this series is for you. This small group series focuses on the basic Pilates exercises of the reformer, chair, and tower. We will also go over modifications for different exercises, so each client feels comfortable jumping into a class. Proper form, strength, balance, and flexibility will be the focus of this series. You will leave this series feeling confident on the equipment and confident in your body.

Mandie began teaching Pilates in 2005 under the guidance of master trainer, Wendy Leblanc Arbuckle. With 30 years of in-depth practice in classical ballet, modern, hip-hop, and most recently the Brazilian martial art – Capoiera, Mandie’s progressive approach helps her clients discover the athlete within.
