2.    Completes a compost class (see
austinrecycles.com for class schedule) at selected farmer’s market events, and
3.    Submits the receipt for an eligible compost system along with the appropriate rebate application form

Strategic Information for Austin residents:
a.  There is a maximum of $75,000 for this program, or a maximum of 1,000 compost systems.  This is a first-come, first-serve opportunity. If there is a strong response, the program may be extended.
b.  If you are a SWS customer that already has a 30-gallon garbage cart,
you just have to take a class and submit your receipt with the rebate application.

To sign up for a class, please e-mail composting@austinrecycles.com with the names of attendees and the class you’d like to attend.
