06 Apr TexHealth: Exclusive Austin EcoNetwork Deal

The people of TexHealth Central Texas are pleased to join with the Austin EcoNetwork to tell you of a real solution to one of the most difficult problems nonprofits and small businesses face in our community – providing affordable health benefits to your employees.   

Developed by local doctors, business leaders, nonprofits and small businesses – the program was created specifically to help small nonprofits and local businesses attract and retain employees by offering them the affordable health care they needed to stay healthy and on the job.

What makes this program different? TexHealth is an innovative non-profit 3-Share Plan that offers an additional benefit that covers part of the monthly cost for employees making $16 an hour or less. That means the cost of the program is split between the employer, employee, and TexHealth. The TexHealth share reduces the cost of the total plan ($249 per month) to only $149 to be split between the employer and qualifying employee.
