BREAKING: Planning Commission unanimously opposes Barton Springs PUD

Last night, despite incredible pressure from the development community, the Austin Planning Commission voted unanimously to oppose the construction of the 801 Barton Springs development as a PUD.
 
This victory was due in very large part to all of the emails that you sent to the Planning Commission showing your opposition to this needless construction. Great work!
 
We’ve won this small battle, but the war is still raging! Despite the Planning Commission’s opposition, the City Council could still approve this PUD.
 
So, we’re throwing another concert! Let’s show the City Council how much Austin cares about protecting the Waterfront. Here are the details:
