East Side Pedal Pushers

East Side Pedal Pushers is a full-service independent bike dealer with a focus on commuting and touring. After a life-changing bike tour, owner Lee Gresham decided he wanted to share his enthusiasm for cycling with the rest of the world. The original East Side Pedal Pushers location opened on East 6th Street in 2002. The shop has since been in four different locations. In February 2019, we moved to 4607 Bolm Road at the corner of Bolm and Springdale across from Canopy. They offer rentals of both geared and 1-speed bikes. Bikes with gears are $35/day, and a 1-speed is $25/day. All rental bikes include a lock and a light. Due to insurance regulations they are not able to provide helmets for rent. Please call about reservations. During busy periods they may ask that you pre-pay in order to guarantee your bikes. They also try to keep bikes available for walk-in renters, just call us before you come. Their geared bikes are brand new KHS Urban Xpress, and our 1-speed bikes are a mixture of Linus Roadster and Dutchi 1-speeds, as well as some Sun Cruisers.
