The Impact of Austin Energy Rate Changes on the Future of Solar in Austin

 

Austin Energy has announced their intent to raise energy rates for the first time in 17 years. Solar Austin is organizing a forum to discuss Austin Energy’s rate increases and the newest efforts to stimulate solar power, aided by the advanced knowledge gained from the Pecan Street Project, in partnership with the local solar industry.

The Solar Austin Forum is on Wednesday, December 21st. The Happy Hour starts at 5:30 and Forum begins at 6:30 p.m. at the 29th Street Ballroom at Spider House.
