ATCF was formed in September 1999 as a program of the Austin office of the American Friends Service Committee, and since 2010 has operated as an independent non-profit. The organization is guided by the Quaker values of peace and justice.

    FREE and welcome to all. Wheelchair-accessible venue. Masks provided.
