Winter in the Edible Garden

Join Liz Cardinal of Austin Edible Gardens as she demonstrates how to maintain, harvest and plant vegetables in the winter in Central Texas. This class will build upon what was taught in the Intro to Fall Gardening class as we will check in on the crops that were planted in September. Topics covered will be cold protection, pest and disease management, what to plant in winter, and how to harvest and prepare winter crops. All gardening abilities welcome!
