Join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute Yoga & Sound experience, where you will be guided into a state of balance. This session weaves together breathwork, flow, and yin culminating in a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and awaken inner peace.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
