Each year we provide paid internships and fellowships for youth ages 14 – 23. They work together with volunteers and our team to harvest thousands of pounds of fresh food annually that we share with our community.

Join us for our annual MLK Day of Service, a volunteer day on January 20, from 9am to 11:30am, centered around the spirit and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., civil rights work and learning! Be a part of your community on our East Austin farm enjoy nature, and dig into a day centered around service and equity, in both action and conversation. Register to volunteer here.

We rely on volunteer support to help us maintain our farms. Volunteers help us with planting, harvesting, preparing produce, and other farm tasks.

The day will run similarly to other volunteer mornings with an added emphasis on civil rights work for an equitable society as we work in the fields planting onions and other farm work. We hope you’ll join us!
