Tree TLC at Dottie Jordan Park

Please come and join us in giving our public trees some much needed Tender Loving Care. We’ll be clearing debris and weeds from around the base of the trees and then spreading mulch to protect their roots from foot traffic and keep them nice and cool during our summer months.

Bring a water bottle and come prepared to do physical labor: long pants, gloves, closed toe shoes and sun protection.  Mulch is dusty, so you may want sunglasses and a hat as well.  All ages are welcome.  Water, juice, light refreshments, gloves, and tools will be provided.
