Canning and Preserving 101

From Sunfield Community Garden –
Join long-time canner and jam-maker extraordinaire Lisa Frakowiak of Flying Pony Farm and learn all you need to know to get started canning your own salsa, jam, sauces and jellies straight from the garden!
The class is free and guided childrens’ activities can be arranged upon request; just email Yard2Table@gmail.com.

Sunfield Community Garden is located in the Sunfield Neighborhood at the Sunbright Activity Center in Buda TX. Though garden membership is reserved for residents, the garden hosts FREE hands-on classes on various topics the 3rd Saturday of each month for the general public.
