The Food Must Go On

Tune in on Thursday, April 30th for The Food Must Go On – a virtual event celebrating the people who are committed to nourishing our community in the face of unprecedented challenges.

Enjoy interviews, demos, tours and more with chefs, farmers, and foodies. Hosted by TV Host and Media Expert Lauren Petrowski with features by renowned chefs such as Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine, Odd Duck, and Sour Duck Market, Sonya Cote of Eden East Austin and Hillside Farmacy, and Rick Lopez of La Condesa Austin (part of the New Waterloo restaurant group). Enjoy a feature by Addie Broyles of Austin American-Statesman and tours of local farm favorites.

During this event, thanks to a generous $25,000 matching grant from Still Water Foundation, we will be rallying to raise funds for Sustainable Food Center. The funds raised during the evening will be doubled due to this generous match, and will help SFC make up revenue lost from the cancellation of our Farm to Plate fundraiser.
