Texas Observer presents “The New Energy Picture in Texas”

The Texas Observer is sponsoring a public forum on “The New Energy Picture in Texas.” This discussion of how Texas can move beyond oil and coal will be moderated by TO staff writer Forrest Wilder, who specializes in environmental reporting and runs the “Forrest for the Trees” blog.
