Developing green space among modern urban infrastructure is a growing priority throughout the City of Austin. Improving access to green space in and around the city can improve human health, revitalize ecosystems, and boost a region’s economy. However, without proper engagement and management, these projects can worsen existing socioeconomic and ecological problems or even create new ones.
