Empower yourself as an immediate responder in emergencies. Bleeding injuries can occur anywhere, and we’ve all witnessed them on the news or in everyday life. Instead of being a bystander, be the one who knows how to STOP THE BLEED®.

What You’ll Gain from this Course:

The person next to a bleeding victim could be the key to saving a life. When you learn how to STOP THE BLEED®, you gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding and respond quickly and effectively using three essential techniques. Enroll in the STOP THE BLEED® training course and be equipped to make a life-saving difference in bleeding emergencies.

How It’s taught:

Austin/Travis County EMS will teach a live, in-person training with specially developed materials focused on teaching bleeding control techniques. They won’t just instruct you; they’ll be there to guide and assess your learning and skills as you train. You’ll receive personalized attention until you demonstrate the correct skills to STOP THE BLEED® and potentially save a life. Join our free class now and be prepared to act decisively in critical situations.
