Cooking is so much easier when you know how to handle a knife.
In this class, Chef Andrew Dorsey will show you how to slice, dice, chop and chiffonade like a pro. You’ll go home with a ready-to-use vegetable bounty, and recipes that use those veggies! We’ll have knives for you, but feel free to bring your own.
This is a hands-on class, so please dress appropriately for the kitchen (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes, hair tie for long hair, etc.). We will not cook in this class; please eat beforehand.
