From the Rainforest Partnership –

You cannot protect what you don’t know. That’s why Rainforest Partnership teamed up with research biologist Sean McHugh and wildlife documentarian Jaz McKibben to complete the first-ever mammal survey of the Colibri Cloudforest of Peru.

From the first recording of Spectacled Bears in the Junin region of Peru, to the discovery of a never-before seen population of one of the rarest primates in the world – these images, videos, and stories will amaze you.

Come learn about these fascinating discoveries and how they bring new conservation value to this area that Rainforest Partnership is actively working to protect. The presentation will be on Monday, November 19, 6-7pm CST at the University of Texas at Austin, room CPE 2.206. If you don’t live in Austin, you can watch our Facebook Live stream of the event.
