Formerly known as Solid Waste Services, Austin Resource Recovery provides residential curbside collection of trash, recycling and yard trimmings in the City of Austin. Additional services include sweeping streets, collecting dead animals, operating a drop-off center for household hazardous waste and collecting bulk items and large brush.

Austin Resource Recovery customers can attend this distribution event to get a free kitchen compost collector.

Look for the Austin Resource Recovery tent outside the playground fence (in the section of the parking lot closest to the closed pool). Residents will be able to pickup kitchen compost collectors and ask questions.

Kitchen collectors are available while supplies last.
