Lick Honest Ice Creams is “Gettin’ Figgy With It” this August in support of the Sustainable Food Center!
On August 28th or 30th, learn how to make delicious ice cream like a professional in a hands-on ice cream making workshop! You can get your tickets here.
Chef and Co-Founder Anthony Sobotik will lead the two-hour workshops at CRAFT, teaching participants how to make goat cheese ice cream with wine-soaked figs, featuring figs sourced from Urban Roots. Participants will have the chance to churn their own ice cream in groups and take home their very own handmade pint. The classes are co-sponsored by Made In Cookware and Becker Vineyards, and 100% of the proceeds with benefit SFC.
Tickets are $45 and the price includes:
-Hands-on ice cream making demonstration, with a pint-worth of ice cream participants can take home to enjoy later.
-Gifts cards to redeem for 1 pint at any Lick Honest Ice Creams location.
-A recipe card so participants can replicate the experience at home.
