Now that you’ve become a successful organic gardener, what do you do with all that bounty? Linda Wall will demonstrate the basics of freezing, drying, and especially canning, so that we can properly preserve our produce. Even if you are adept in the kitchen, Linda will have suggestions that can make the process easier, safer, tastier, and more successful. Along with her consulting business and her work at The Natural Gardener, she has grown vegetables for over 30 years. She lives on acreage that has been in her family for 4 generations – over 100 years! Growing up, her family raised all their own food, which of course included food preserving.
