Chill Out! A Pitta Pacifying Ayurveda and Yoga Workshop with Collette
Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and one of the oldest self-care/healing practices, encourages us to live in sync with the natural rhythms of the the days and the seasons. In this workshop, we will cover ways to “chill out” during the heat of summer through food, ritual and yoga.
The workshop will begin with lecture & discussion and journaling prompts (bring a notebook!) and finish with an all-levels, soothing vinyasa yoga practice.
