Austin Zero Waste Alliance (AZWA) Monthly Meeting

Please join us for our August meeting for the Austin Zero Waste Alliance (AZWA). We are a citizen volunteer organization that guides policy and implementation of Austin's Zero Waste Master Plan and the business recycling and composting ordinances that complement it. 

This week, we'll recap some big successes and make moves to finally get the bans on food truck recycling, composting, and oil/grease capture lifted in our city. We will also focus on getting the city to enforce the business recycling policies and plan our environmental forum for the 10-1 candidates running for Austin City Council.
