Waterloo Greenway is a 1.5-mile park system with the power to bring the entire Austin community together. Once complete, the 35 acres of connected green space – meandering from 15th St. along downtown’s eastern edge to Lady Bird Lake – will be home to a wild array of natural and cultural destinations.

Celebrate how cool and wonderful the animal kingdom is with Animal Facts Club on Austin Museum Day! Gather your family and friends for this environmental festival featuring a reptile house, birds of prey show, animal face paintings, and the release of Animal Facts Club’s brand new book. Local artist Jules Buck Jones brings over 50 animals to life with watercolor illustration, fact-filled narratives, and an accompanying deck of cards.
