This year at the Austin Earth Day Festival Austin EcoNetwork is hosting the EcoNetworking lounge!

You are invited (space permitting) to rest your festival-going feet by sitting on our comfy chairs for a few minutes. Come by and chat, find out more about being a partner or blogger, get your EcoCalendar posting questions answered or share ideas for ways to improve the Austin EcoNetwork.

We will have a few cool things for sale but we are offering ways to earn rewards in exchange for helping build our EcoCommunity.

At our Earth Day booth you can turn in names and emails of new subscribers to the EcoNews for prizes that you have collected ahead of time and/or check out a clipboard to collect names and emails while at the festival.
 
What you can earn by helping grow our EcoCommunity?
  • 1 new subscriber = 1 minute on a lounge chair in front of a fan and being sprayed with a fine mist (if you wish)
  • 3 new subscribers = a portable paper fan to help keep cool
  • 5 new subscribers = a cold drink from our cooler (not for sale for cash)
  • 6-12 new subscribers = 3-6 minutes of chair massage
  • 15 new subscribers = your choice of TOTALLY COOL AND UNIQUE men's women's or children's shirts with Austin EcoNetwork logo (or priced as marked)
  • 20 new subscribers = Austin EcoNetwork branded Go Local Card

Download the form at the bottom of this email and start asking your local friends and family if they are getting the EcoNews yet. Chances are they are not, even though they would be interested. Do them a favor and us by hooking them up with our twice-weekly EcoNews, chock-full of information about the local green scene.
