Sustainable Wear Project Austin

Two Austin High School students are hosting a free public clothing swap at Austin Creative Reuse on November 21st from 10 AM to 4 PM. The event will be outside in the fenced parking lot on the left side of the building. Clothing has already been collected from the community and will be available to everyone, and local makers will be stationed to up-cycle and mend pieces to the liking of the customer as they are picked out. Face masks are required and anyone who wishes to enter the store must comply with any additional measures required by ACR. ACR is offering a 10% off coupon to all who attend the swap to be used inside the store. Come learn how you can make your closet more sustainable!

*Clothing will be collected prior to the event date so please avoid making donations on the day of the swap*
