Join SFC Farmers’ Market vendor Ben Hollander, from Casper Fermentables and learn the art and craft of fermenting and preserving. In this class, you will learn how to make safe, healthy, and delicious kombucha that is full of beneficial acids and probiotics. Ben will also show you how to make Kimchi and other vegetable preserves from the local area. Participants will take home their own Kimchi sample to share with friends and family!

You will leave class with a basic understanding of all stages of kombucha fermentation and how to preserve your vegetables. We will also sample some products by Casper Fermentables.

Additional Details:

Classes are for adults. Youth ages 8 and up may attend with purchase of an additional ticket and close parent/guardian supervision during class.

Registration closes two business days before class. All attendees must purchase tickets to attend. No walk-ins allowed.

* All payments are final and non-refundable. However, we would be happy to transfer your spot in this class to someone else if you cannot attend.
