Join Anna for a 90 minute yoga clinic focused on the basics of balancing postures. We will be working from the ground up to cultivate stability in the feet, ankles, and legs so balance comes more readily. You will also learn a few handy tricks that can be practiced regularly to improve your relationship with gravity.
