We will discuss “The Great Texas Wind Rush” a history of the wind industry in Texas from tinkerer to big business written by local writers Kate Galbraith and Asher Price.   Kate Galbraith is a reporter for the Texas Tribune, covering energy and the environment.  Asher Price reports on the environment for the Austin American-Statesman.  Texas wind farms have changed the landscape and the energy economy of Texas.
