So, you know the city budget is important… and that you should tell your Council member what you think about it… but putting all your thoughts together can be pretty overwhelming! That’s why we put together this little guide. The idea is to make it easier for you to get involved in this important piece of local policy, even if you’re not some kind of budget expert!

The online speaker signup form for the August 5th Council meeting will open at 5pm on August 1st and close at noon on August 4th. After that, you can sign up to speak in-person at the City Hall kiosks until 45 minutes before the meeting begins. If you’d prefer to email your council member, you can find a list of all their contact info here. And if you’d prefer to attend a town hall, you can find a list of those meetings here
