According to city ordinances, if you live in an apartment complex with five or more units, your property manager has to ensure that you have convenient access to recycling. If you don’t, Austin Resource Recovery (our city’s trash/recycling department) is asking you to let them know by calling 3-1-1.

Why does recycling even matter?
