Revolve Solar, a commercial and residential solar contractor, partnered with BHI to deliver the designs, engineering, and installation of the 194-kilowatt solar power system. In total, the system features 586 solar panels including 55 kilowatts worth of solar carports. In addition to adding some much-needed shade to many of the buildings parking spots (a must have during the blistering Texas summers), BHI’s solar installation is expected to offset roughly 80 percent of the business’ energy costs annually. Furthermore, the clean energy system will reduce BHI’s carbon footprint by 5,785 tons over the lifetime of the system.
