Calling all tree huggers! The City of Austin is now accepting Urban Forest Grant applications for tree planting, care, and education projects.

Schools, neighborhood associations, youth groups, businesses, and nonprofit organizations can all apply for Urban Forest Grant funding. You just have to show that your project will have a clear benefit on Austin’s urban forest. Funds can be used for tree purchasing, care, and maintenance, as well as for public education, research, and invasive species control. You can apply here>>
