Phase 2 Kickoff: Green Stormwater Infrastructure. Back in May of 2013, we discussed various green stormwater infrastructure related topics. We agreed to postpone their final consideration to a “Phase 2” of the WPO. The time is near to take this up again. Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 3 to 5 pm on this topic. We’ll meet in the City Hall Council Chambers. ·        

Ordinance now on the web! Council approved the ordinance on Oct. 17 and it became effective on Oct. 28. Here is a link to a signed copy of the ordinance and a link to the newly updated code on the web. Go to “Title 25. Land Development” and see especially Chapters 25-7 and 25-8, with additional changes in 25-1 and 25-2.
