Pairing elements of resistance band movement, yoga and pilates to stabilize and stretch, What The Fit? is adaptable to all ages, levels and abilities. What The Fit? begins with a movement based warm-up, steadily progressing to conditioning of the core, arms, and legs using resistance bands and finishes up with rejuvenating stretches of the legs, shoulders, chest and back.
