Join us for a night of river storytelling at “To Protect & To Explore: A Texas Rivers Celebration,” hosted by Texas Living Waters Project, Ft. Lonesome, and Patagonia. Share your Texas river story and learn from others’ stories as you enjoy our Living Waters short film premiere, Q&A fireside with river specialists, and special river-themed song by Dana Falconberry. We’ll talk about how to get out and explore your river, and how to use your adventures and experiences to protect them for wildlife, for our kids, and for all the adventures to come.
Plus: Spread the river love by entering our River Kit raffle and bringing your bandannas, jean jackets or other sturdy textiles to get some river-themed stitches designed by the Ft. Lonesome artists.
DETAILS
This event is free and open to the public.
We’ll kick off at 6pm with drinks and snacks while supplies last. Come earlier to hang out with the Fort Lonesome crew and get your river-themed stitches ahead of the crowds!
