St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Food Pantry Garden Open House

St Andrew’s Presbyterian church is having an Earth Day Open House for their food pantry gardens on April 22nd from 12:00noon – 1pm. The church and their gardens are located at 14311 Wells Port Dr, Austin, Tx 78728.

The gardens are bursting right now with a bountiful harvest that we have been using to supplement the food given out at our church’s food pantry. Members of the Garden Group will give short demonstrations on how to harvest certain vegetables and herbs to ensure you get the most out of what you plant. We will plant some seeds, discuss conserving water when gardening, and answer your questions. Spend some time outside and enjoy one of the most beautiful Austin springs we have ever seen.
