Solar Open House

Join American YouthWorks and Houston Community College in part with the US Department of Energy South Central Solar Consortium Project to learn more about solar power, panel installation and area providers.
-Tour energy efficient homes being constructed by youth in our Casa Verde Builders program
-Learn more about solar panels and their installation from youth in our Green Energy Corps program
-Network with professionals in the solar and green construction industries
-View interactive solar displays created by Green Energy Corps members
-Solar panel installers will have an opportunity to recruit highly qualified youth interested in entering the solar field
