Solar Austin: Pathways to Clean Energy Careers Company Info Session

Pathways to Clean Energy Careers is a grant-funded internship matching program, the mission of which is to cultivate more inclusive and equitable pathways for female students and students of color into Texas’ growing clean energy industry.

The goal of Solar Austin’s Pathways to Clean Energy Careers program is to facilitate career avenues for underrepresented students into Texas’ clean energy sector and to develop a set of best practices for clean energy companies that want to improve diversity and inclusivity in their recruitment, hiring, and retention of staff. Join us as we chat with former Pathways company partners, interns, and Solar Austin staff and board members to hear about their experiences and how your company can participate. Opportunities are available for in-person or remote internship placement for companies within Central Texas and for remote internship placement anywhere in the US.
