Elizabeth McGreevy is a natural resources planner, writer, and public speaker. A sixth-generation Texan, McGreevy has worked in the Hill Country of Texas for more than twenty years. Her research on the Mountain Cedar (Ashe Juniper) has been featured in magazines, television, and talk radio, including a radio show she hosted on KDRP Radio in Dripping Springs as “The Cedar Lady.” She additionally has served as a legislative advisor, Wild Basin Wilderness trail guide, and board member of the Flower Hill Museum in Austin. McGreevy obtained a master’s degree in landscape architecture with a focus on landscape ecology, environmental planning, and cultural geography from Texas A&M University.
