This week we will discuss how local advocates are working to make sure the City of Austin and the State of Texas remain leaders in solar power.  Last year several Megawatts of new solar power were installed in Texas and the City of Austin – How will we keep Austin and Texas on the cutting edge of solar power?

We will have Charlie Hemmeline, Executive Director of the recently formed Texas Solar Power Association to discuss its solar legislative initiatives for the 84 the Texas Legislature.  Also in the studio will be Kaiba White, President of Solar Austin to discuss their local solar initiatives. We will also open the phone lines if our listeners have questions for our guests.
